    • Access to a rescheduled or replacement event

We are not responsible for:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Missed attendance

In those cases:

  • Refunds and billing are governed by the third party’s policies

  • GuacRich is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or payment issues handled by third-party platforms

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
